One of the greatest opportunities to come to Southern California in a long time is the San Jacinto Gateway. What makes the City of San Jacinto’s Gateway such a rare opportunity is its unique location in one of the fastest growing regions of the nation and an array of integrated land uses. The project area offers 1,700 acres of retail, office, business park, healthcare, residential, civic, and mixed-use opportunities.

The Gateway is strategically located at the crossroads of two new major transportation corridors – the 32-mile Mid County Parkway and the realigned State Highway 79. The Mid County Parkway is one of the largest transportation projects planned in Southern California.

San Jacinto’s rapid growth has been fueled by the migration of young families and professionals to the San Jacinto Valley since 2000. The new transportation corridors, idyllic surroundings, and progressive planning of the Gateway will only increase this phenomenon. Significant developments are already underway in the Gateway and new investments are sure to follow. As most people and businesses have discovered, it’s where the NEW MONEY is.
